MANNING GYM PROGRAMS & CLASSES

MOMMY, DADDY, & ME

(Walking-3yrs)

This is a parent/tot class focusing on basic strength, balance, and coordition. Musical fun and games are also part of this program.

TINY MIGHTS

(4yrs-kindergarten)

Children in this age group continue to learn basic motor skills, as well as focus on gymnastics progressions in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere.

SPORTS GYM

(1st-5th grade)

These children have fun learning basic gymnastics skills. They are taught on all Olympic events including bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. Students will experience new challenges and further develop their physical capabilities.

2/4 HOUR PROGRAMS

(1st grade & up)

This is for kids who can't get enough gymnastics! Additional challenges await as they maintain focus on mastery of the basic skills obtained in traditional 1 hour programs. The idea is skilled development in a safe and fun atmosphere.

ELEMENTARY TUMBLING

(1st-5th grade)

Concentration is seen on the basics of tumbling. This class teaches correct form and technique to build into more advanced skills.

CHEER TUMBLE

(Jr High & up)

We focus on technique that teaches those essential tumbling skills and jumps that make cheerleading so much fun. Whether you are learning a back hand spring or full twist, this class is the place to be!

PEE WEE CHEER

(1st-5th grade)

This class is for students who are excited about cheer! They will learn cheers, chants, stunts, jumps, basic tumbling, and short routines!

PRIVATE LESSONS

(All Ages)

Get individualized attention when scheduling a private lesson. Focus will be made on obtaining & perfecting the necessary skills needed to make a special team or squad, or just to get ahead.

EXHIBITION TEAM

(Invitation Only)

This team is for athletes who show potential in the sport of gymnastics. There is a minimum of 4hrs. required to participate in this group. Team will be working on conditioning, flexibility, and strength along with skills from basic to advanced levels in artistic gymnastics. Training on 4 Olympic events that include uneven bars, balance beam, vaulting and floor exercise.
